Funnel issue

    Hello I am having someone create a funnel and they are having major issues doing so with WordPress through our site. can you please please help asap.

    Something to do with the SSL and then
    whenever I want to add manually on the website in admin backend of the subdomain, it will ask if it should ”override” all website files which I am skeptical may make us lose all website data.
    And I don’t want to do that…

    On what site are you working because what you describe isn’t possible on the wordpress.com platform unless you have a Business Plan.
    If your site uses the open source wordpress.org, you can get support at https://wordpress.org/support/

    What’s your site’s address so I can have a look and point you in the right direction of getting support?

    It appears though that you’re hosted elsewhere and therefore you need to contact your hosting provider or post in the WordPress.org support forums as @staartmees suggested.
