Further editing and customizing with free domain and free theme

  I’m working on this site for a Non profit project ,

  The only editing options im able to get to are the customizer and the ones on ‘my site’, but i cant acces the php code editor or other functions im used to when i worked before on a wordpress, neither i can log thru https://judexstudypack.wordpress.com/wp-admin.

  Is restricted cause of the free domain, or I am missing something?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
