  Now, I believe I understand better. You would like your stats merged from communitymanagerdotcom.wordpress.com (your previous WordPress.com blog) to your self-hosted site (conchaabadgurria.com). Is that correct? Just reply back to confirm, and I’ll be happy to do that for you.

  You also have some subscribers on your blog communitymanagerdotcom.wordpress.com. Would you like me to transfer them to your self-hosted blog as well?
