Future renewal payment billing

  I have arranged an automatic renewal on the ‘custom design’ for this site. There is a Paypal account (no card) for the society, but the settings have my card as the one to use for renewal. Is it possible to arrange for future automatic payments to come from the paypal account instead. If so how?

  Hi there,

  Please go to: Store > My Upgrades in your Dashboard and click on the ‘Disable auto-renew’. This allows you to use new payment information once you renew the upgrade. You’ll be automatically notified prior to the expiration date of your upgrade.

  After that you can enable auto-renew again :)
