Have just installed Jetpack in to WordPress site and the site crashed with the error above. Any ideas how to resolve this, please?

Hi! I understand you’d need help with the Jetpack plugin, but have landed on the support forum for WordPress.com sites instead.
Jetpack is generally a separate plugin with separate support from WordPress.com (unless you are hosting your site with us and upgraded to our Business or eCommerce plans), so we’re not your best point of contact. The good news is that help is available by contacting Jetpack directly in this forum:

The folks over there are familiar with Jetpack and in the best position to assist. Hope this helps point you in the right direction!

Many thanks, I typed the query in to the help dialogue on my Jetpack control admin (I thought it was going to Jetpack support directly) only to discover that it had been posted to this public forum. I have now made contact with Jetpack support they have responded. Feel free to delete the above post. Kindest regards
