Hello
I purchased the G Suit and I’m not being abble to connect to it.
I received the following info by e-mail:
1- Sign in to the Admin console using your Admin account.
2 – Accept the Google Product Agreement when prompted.
Note: You will not be able to access G Suite until you accept the Agreement.
When I use my wordpress account to log in into G Suit I recveive the info thtat the account is not for G Suit, but for a standard account.
How do I connect to the G Suit? Is there a new ID and Pasword?

Hi, To clarify, your have already purchased G Suite from Google but have you subscribed to any plans with WordPress.COM?
Follow the info on this page to see if this helps clarify, but you need to be aware that integrating G Suite with WordPress.COM is only possible with paid plans.

Thank you for the quick repply.
I purchased the GSuite from WordPress, following the steps.
Now when I try to add the GSuite user, WordPress say I already have this email adress, but I’m not abble to use it at all.
How do I connect and where do I use it?

Hi there,
When I use my wordpress account to log in into G Suit
You cannot use WordPress.com to log into G Suite. You need to use the email address and the password you created the first time you logged into G Suite instead. That’s a completely separate account from your WordPress.com account, and is managed by Google, not by us.
If you don’t remember the password you set for your G Suite account I can help you reset that. Please confirm if I should do that.
