  Hi. I signed up for a g-suite through you. Unfortunately I never got to set up an e-mail for my domain http://www.arcticactivehouse.com . I wonder if you may have registered my email name or something that can help me locate how to access my domain through g-suite. When I try to sign in, my domain is not connected with my e-mail. When I try to create an account, I get told that an account for this domain allready exist. I have had my domain for years, nobody else access it. I have never gotten anything that inform me on how to log in, or what e-mail it may be connected to. Please!!! Help me with this. Best regards, Camilla Aurora

  As far as I understand you have a G suite account for your domain but don’t have any email associated with it . If that is the case, please check if the below document is of any help to your current scenario.

  I have a similar situation. I signed up for G Suite and a custom domain. Paid and got the confirmation email that says ‘You’ve signed up for G Suite: What’s next?’. This email tells me to sign in to the admin console, but I have no idea what password / username to use to login to the admin console. The WordPress doc says I should receive an email with a temp password for the newly created g suite user, but where is that email sent?

  Hi @globbe,

  If you haven’t received your email with the temporary password, you should first check your spam and junk folders. If the email is not in either place, I would do a global search for the terms wordpress.com or google apps. Your email is through Gmail, so it’s very likely that the email message ended up in your Updates or Social folder/filter, so I’d check there as well.
