G Suite activation mail in partner account not received

    Hello, WordPress. I need help to activate a G Suite account which did not receive an activation email.

    The domain name is cuspide.pe, user name (email visible only to moderators and staff) for both WordPress Premium and G Suite (I’m writing from this wordpress account because until email is set at host for that domain it won’t be able to receive email)

    In view of that, can you please resend the activation email directly to (email visible only to moderators and staff)? This is the address where email sent to (email visible only to moderators and staff) was being redirected. If you need any data from the receipt (which thank God reached us), please let me know :)

    Hi, Trupti. Thanks for reply! We’ve already followed all the steps from 1 to 8 successfully. However, we’ve not received the email with the temporary password. We need WordPress to re-send that email directly to the (email visible only to moderators and staff) where mail written to (email visible only to moderators and staff) was being received

    The account you’re using to post here, inglesenlima, does not own any domains or G Suite upgrades with us.

    Please log into the correct account and comment here, or contact live chat support via https://wordpress.com/help/contact for help with this. But we cannot make changes to the account that owns that upgrade at the request of a completely different account.

    The temporary password can only be sent to the email address on file for the account that owns the G Suite upgrade. We do not make any exceptions to this, so you’ll have to first change the email address for that account to one that works before you’ll be able to receive that email.

    Hi, Kokkieh! Thanks for you reply. Following your recommendations, I’ve just logged in with the proper account, changed the email for that account, which now is (email visible only to moderators and staff), and written a message to support, via the active chat, asking to re-send the activation mail. That was about two hours ago. How long should I wait for the reply? Thank you :)
