How do I ensure continued service for my G Suite domain? I received an email from the G Suite team saying ‘Your G Suite Basic subscription for yellowrosecoaching.com is no longer provided to you through your reseller, and you don’t yet have a billing plan set up directly with Google or with another reseller.’ Then I was directed to your site to contact customer support. Please help! Thank you,

@eileend1269b6019 that’s odd, had you meant to transfer the license out? Let us know what your goal is & we’ll help you sort this out.
Also I noticed the emails for this account are actually listed under a totally separate username. Can you log out of @eileend1269b6019, log back in using the email address you used to sign up? It should be the one that has your receipts from us.
