G Suite Cancellation Q

    I am trying to cancel the G suite account that was purchased through wordpress. I’ve found where to do this in Manage Purchases, but I want to make sure that the rest of my website and files on wordpress will not be affected. I have already backed up everything we have in that G Suite, so I’m not concerned about the google files – just the wordpress ones. We do NOT want to cancel the website plan or domain, just G Suite.

    (We are deleting the current G Suite account to be able to link our domain name with a G Suite for NonProfits account. We have to cancel the current G Suite subscription linked to that domain before we can proceed with the G Suite for Non Profits account).

    Hello,

    Hi there,

    I see you’ve already gone ahead and cancelled your G Suite subscription.

    Note that the subscription is for a full year and only expires in February. Cancelling it with us only removed it from our system, but does not delete the email account itself, and you should have received an email from Google by now with instructions how to set up payment with them should you wish to continue using is after February 2019.
