  This is a support forum for sites hosted on WordPress.com. G Suite is the product of Google so we’re unable to advise you.

  Hi leanne212765725,

  The account you are contacting us from hasn’t purchased any G Suite subscriptions yet. Which domain did you purchase a subscription for? Please don’t post any transaction IDs on these public forums, a link to the domain is the only information I need for now.
