G Suite new host and upgrading account

I purchased my domain using WordPress. When my setup my account I also purchased a subscription to G Suite.
My company is now hosted on AWS and when I try to upgrade my G Suite account for additional email addresses it asks me to contact the reseller. Could you please update my account to reflect the G Suite services to be managed by Google now?

Hi there,
You don’t own any domains or G Suite subscriptions on WordPress.com.
The domain you indicate used to be registered here by the user, jbarrettsteiner, but the domain was transferred away from us in July 2016.
That user also owns the G Suite subscription for the domain, so I’ll need that user to post here to authorise that we remove the G Suite subscription from our reseller account. I cannot do this at your request.
