G Suite purchase

    I purchased a site on wordpress with a domain name with a G Suite account. Yet when I log in and go to my site nothing comes up and I have to set up a new site, which asks me to sign up to a plan, even though I already have a WordPress.com personal subscription I took out. What can I do to get around this?

    What is the domain that you bought from us?

    You’re posting here as the WordPress.com username account, infoff6a3b488a0. This account was created four weeks ago, but only verified yesterday, and this account has never created any sites or bought any upgrades on WordPress.com.

    If you own an upgraded site with us, you used a different username account to create it, and you need to be logged in as that account to access your site and upgrades.
