G-Suite Renewal

I got an email stating the my G-suite account(s) will be renewed on the 28th of November. I do not need access to this anymore, and believe I canceled this sometime ago. I do not see any upcoming charges coming against my account but would like to confirm that there will be no upcoming charges.

We have absolutely no history of purchases, transactions, or billing activity of any kind under the account you’re currently logged into.
Perhaps you were paying Google directly for that?

I went into my G-suite and it said that it was purchased through a third party and then it takes me to your website. But it does not have anything listed under my account. However, my account has been charged by your website.
Can I please get a refund of these funds?

We need to get you signed in to the correct account before we can evaluate a refund. As my colleague mentioned, the charge didn’t occur on the account you’ve used to contact us.
My suggestion is to visit https://wpchrg.wordpress.com/ and use the contact support link on the right hand side of that page to reach our billing team.
