I am previously a WordPress site owner and I would like to update my g suite account from a reseller account to a google workspace account. can you help?

Hi, are you trying to move your Google Workspace account from WordPress.com to their services directly? If so, could you send the affected email address? I wasn’t able to find any Google Workspace upgrades on this account, but if you’ll type it here it will be hidden from public view so only staff can see it. And we can use that to look for more information.
Also, my guess is that you have more than one login with us, and just need to log out and log in with the username you used to make the purchase. You’re welcome to do that, too, then just update us here so we can take the next steps.

Thank you for your response. We are trying to switch the account (email visible only to moderators and staff) from a reseller account to a business Google Workspace account. This account was originally created as part of a WordPress site that we no longer have. -

Hi! Yes, ironically adding an extra reply like that slowed us down a bit, since we work from the threads with the oldest responses to the ones with the newest responses.
The domain, plan, and Google Workspace subscription area all under another account — one without a custom domain based email. Are you able to log out and log back in with the email address that gets renewal reminders and what not?
Then you can open a chat to manage your subscriptions, or respond again here. You can also manage the subscriptions under the correct account at https://wordpress.com/me/purchases .

I am not able to give hints, but you are welcome to try any of your known email addresses in the password recovery tool here: https://en.wordpress.com/wp-login.php?action=lostpassword
This will send a password reset email to that address if it is a match for an account on our system, so be sure it is an email address you have access to.
