G Suite Troubles

  Hi there,
  I had purchased a G Suite account through WordPress last September and I had troubles setting it back then. In the meantime, I ended up porting out my domain name.

  Anyhow, I still can’t access the G Suite accounted I’ve paid for and now that my domain changed hands I’m kind of in a holding pattern.

  Any help would be very appreciated. I’ve been trying to figure this out for months.

  Hi there, I’m not seeing an G Suites upgrade on the account you are logged in with. What was the address of the site that had that upgrade?

  The domain name was http://www.trendblazer.studio. I ported it out, but my Google account was purchased through WordPress. It was not a smart way to do things. :/

  Hi there,

  I do see that G Suite was originally purchased through WordPress.com. However, when the domain was removed from your account in April it appears you also canceled the G Suite subscription. We no longer manage your G Suite subscription.

  When the plan was canceled you should have received an email from Google directly regarding the status of the plan and next steps. Check your inbox for that message. If you still need help then I’d recommend reaching out to Google directly at https://gsuite.google.com/support/ or signing up for G Suite again through Google.
