Thanks, for the reply. Unable to fill out recovery form because we do not have transaction ID. The billing info and reset password link is being sent to a inactive email account. How can we reset or recreate account our site was originally connected to ?

Hi everyone,
have the similar problem here. The e-mail which I used is inactive and I can not access it. So how is it possible then to recover an account? ( I know my username and e-mail, forgot my password and the e-mail I used is not active for 2 years, so I can not fill with the data any of the recovery options)

Contacted the support email you suggested but no response back yet. Few follow up emails also with no luck.
We have access to our Domain and DNS Host. Unable to update website without access to WP. The WP admin contact longer exists so we can not reset account with auto recovery. Assume the transaction ID is also connected to admin account we do not have.
Can you please provide info on the next steps to take to prove ownership ?
