Gain admin access to website

Hi,
I am trying to gain admin access to our company website so that we can update it but unfortunately nobody knows the admin credentials. I believe this was once a managed service for us and that may be why but I am not 100% sure.

After taking a closer look I can confirm that we are unable to help directly because we don’t host your site on our WordPress.com managed hosting. As a result we don’t have the ability to access hosting and take a closer look.
Please note that your host uses the open-source variant of the WordPress platform which functions differently than what we offer here on WordPress.com. Specifically we use a custom login system so our processes for regaining access would not help you with regaining access to your site since it uses a different login system.
The good news is that as long as you have access to the server control panel through your hosting company, it is always possible to regain access to your self-hosted WordPress site. I looked up your domain info and see that your site is hosted at 123-reg.co.uk as shown here: https://gwhois.org/contractpacking.co.uk+dns
