Gaining access to a lost account

    I recently moved to another country so I no longer have access to my old phone, I also dropped my phone down a flight ot stairs and lost access to my WordPress account, emails, etc etc, I have not been able to gain access to my old email because it’s like 10 years old and I cannot remember my password and due to not having my old phone number they cannot help me recover it, so now I can’t recover my WordPress account either, my blog has my unpublished book, all my intellectual property, all my graphics etc etc, is there no other way to access the account, I can literally prove it’s my book and my account by my graphics etc, I just cannot remember my passwords (the joys of password savers)
