gaining access to existing site

  Hi, this is my blog: https://ruralyouthresearch.home.blog. I have forgotten the email ro user id that goes with it but I do remember the password. I keep trying to gain access to it but it seems the only way is through an emailed link, and I can’t remember the email. How do I regain access to my site?
