Gaining access to my lapsed wordpress website

  I have just had lengthy correspondence with a WordPress engineer who was very good, but I now still don’t understand why I can’t access my helenposkittlive.wordpress.com site to edit it.

  Hosting payments accidentally weren’t renewed for this site since April this year, I think.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)
