    Hi,

What’s the address (URL) of the website? Is it in a different account than the one you’re logged into when you get that message?

Using the only receipt that was forwarded to me by the person who set up the website which was for G Suite, I gave WordPress the transaction id and I received an email saying that the username and email address had been changed. So when I pull up the website on my PC my picture is at the upper right, but on the upper left it says “My Site” and that says I do not have a site and that I can create one. I have no access to the present site.

    Hi folks,

I gave WordPress the transaction id and I received an email saying that the username and email address had been changed.

Can you respond to that email requesting further help? Or, can you let us know what address you were using to correspond, or send the ticket number? I wasn’t able to find it in your support history on this account.

It’s possible too that the changes were all successful, but that you’re logged into the wrong account right now. So if possible, head to https://wordpress.com/me/account , sign out, then sign in again as jrjewelry .
