gaining access to renew my domain

I’ve been trying to renew my domain for months and the site doesn’t grant me access. the domain in question is gwendalyngilliam.com
Today it is going to auction and I will have lost my own name for what?
Please help me asap.

Basic question – are you logged in as the account that originally bought the upgrade? Do you have another account?

NO notice, it just expired jan. 27 and i know I have 15 days. I’ve been posting constantly since then….thanks

Take TWO deep breaths and sit down and relax –
if a domain name expires and is not renewed there is a grace period where the registration can be renewed with no extra charge – that is probably the 15 days – – then it goes into Redemption where you will need staff help to renew it and there is usually an extra charge – it take around 60 days from the time a domain name expires and it gets released to the wild where others can try and buy it also – sometimes registrars will auction a domain name off – but it sounds like you are a long way from that

So this is helpful to know at least which blog my domain was registered through. The problem is that when I go into that dashboard I’m granted limited access that doesn’t know about my domain at all, nor any upgrades I have. Is this helpful? Thank you so much.

Check your Dashboard again now that you’re under a different ID.

Hi there,
It sounds like you were able to log in and transfer your domain to GoDaddy. I have also confirmed that your domain is current; it is not due to expire until January 2014.

Thank you so much. I had been trying for so long and the charge for renewing the domain didn’t show up on my account. Very grateful it all turned out so well.
