Gaining adm access to site where I created page

  Created this page three years ago https://coralparkhigh.wordpress.com/. I can see it now but can’t access the administrative page so that updates can be made. Do we still have that access? How do I find it? Where will I see the answer to this. You are dealing with a technology dinosaur. Thanks.
