Gaining admin control over mamatrust.org

    I have recently taken over as chair of the Mama Upendo Children’s Trust Charity. Outgoing personnel have initially enable access to the mamatrust,org page, I have now been locked out and the page is being changed without the Charities permission,

    If you check the charities commission page you will see that Clare Crompton is now the chair (charities number 1147156). It is imperative that we regain control of our page asap to ensure that the information it contains complies with new legislation in relation to data protection etc.

    At this point deleting the account seems to be a sensible option

    Hello there, it looks like your site at mamatrust.org is using name servers that aren’t associated with WordPress.com, where we are.

    Have you tried contacting your web hosting provider, which looks to be 1&1, for assistance with this issue? It might be possible to log in at http://www.mamatrust.org/wp-admin/
