  Hi, for some reason I can’t get access to my site after I installed the jetpack plugin. I would like to know how I can get assistance to get this issue fixed since I can’t get access to my WP admin dashboard. My email is (email visible only to moderators and staff).

  Your site is giving a 504 gateway timeout error, which points to a problem on your server.

  Please contact support at your hosting provider for help looking into that.

  If needed, they can also help you with the FTP access you’ll need to manually delete the Jetpack plugin from your site.
