  I posted a message the other day then I lost it. So here it goes again.
  I have had my older blog for about 1 1/2 yrs I started a new blog in January of this year about 1 month ago.
  I would like to add a gallery to the new blog BUT since I have already posted images in the post will this mess up those post? I am talking about making galleries for the images on the blog already.
  Next question can galleries have categories?
  Can a gallery have its on page?

  When you click “add media” there’s a link to “create gallery” that will allow you to create a separate gallery and you can put in whatever photos you want.

  For creating a page/category for your galleries, just create a new post for each of them and use the ‘add media/create gallery’ options (use the ‘gallery’ post format too so you can track all your gallery posts) and give them a category.

  You can add/remove images from your gallery once they’re created too.
