Galleries look weird in preview
-
I’m about to publish a new post but I’m wondering about how the gallery is displaying in preview. Normally it looks exactly like it does for a post that has a gallery: opens a new window that contains arrows for you to navigate and view the photos in the gallery. That has not been happening on this post and I haven’t done anything different. It’s hard to describe what it does. It’s like an overlay. The photo you click on is overlaid on top of the blog post and you can’t navigate at all. It’s not a separate window. Did WordPress change something here? Will my galleries look normal after I publish?
Thanks for any help.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

I have the same problem with gallery images just being overlaid over the post without navigation aids. In addition for some time Images within a post cannot be enlarged (as they always could be and shown in a separate window) when they are clicked upon as has always been the case. A ‘Not found’ message is displayed inviting me to search. My blog is lensscaper.wordpress.som

I have to assume that when you publish the gallery appears normally in the published post??
does anyone know?

As of at least this morning my previously published galleries are all messed up in a similar way. See here:
Navigation is possible by using the arrow keys on the keyboard but captions and titles are all unreadable. Seems like it might be a css problem. A couple of threads have been started about it but there’s been no response or fix yet.

That’s because the problem got fixed earlier today. There was no notification though in any of the threads started about this that I saw.
