gallery bank update

I think there was an update to gallery bank. I have uploaded new images to my gallery but they don’t show up online. In addition, I no longer have three columns but instead two :( and can’t seem to get it to change. HELP

I checked your site and it is not hosted on WordPress.com.

Your domain points to BLUEHOST. Based on this info, I assume you are WordPress.org user. This forum is dedicated to WordPress.com.

I log into wordpress.com not wordpress.org. I use Bluehost but the gallery bank seems to have been updated and now i can’t add images

It looks like you have connected your site via Jetpack. Are you able to update your images when logged in here? betsysilverman.com/wp-admin

Also, to confirm, when you upload images you are able to see them in the gallery but not on your actual pages/posts? Is that correct? Do you have a specific page or post we can reference?

yes. I can update when logged in to admin and I can see the images in the gallery but not when I go to website. I am uploading via gallery bank and suddenly my site is showing two columns instead of three.
I am uploading to “works” page

That is very unusual that your site went three columns to two. I would suggest seeking assistance directly from the Gallery Bank plugin forum: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/gallery-bank
