  Whenever I add or delete images from a particular gallery the sequence the images are shown in alters. How do I stop wordpress doing this. My website shows pictures I have painted, and I want them displayed in a particular order.

  The edit pages for images seem to me to be too complicated. eg: you can’t edit the details of an image without first going through editing the page the gallery is linked to, and then the edit mode which only allows you to go through ALL the images until you find the right one. Very slow.
