Gallery does not appear

  When uploading photos, they do not always create a Gallery.
  Is this a user error.
  puzzles me.

  This support forum is for WordPress.com hosted blogs only. If you have a self-hosted WordPress blog you need to seek help at the WordPress.org forums, not here.

  i have the same problem. why is it that sometimes i can create a gallery, and other times i can’t?
