Gallery image caption only appears on mouseover

  My image caption only appears when the mouse is on the gallery image. How do I embed the caption in the image?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  I found the solution to my problem. It turned out that the theme I am using was setting visibility to hidden:

  .wp-block-gallery .blocks-gallery-image figcaption,
  .wp-block-gallery .blocks-gallery-item figcaption {
  font-size: 0.8125rem;
  padding-bottom: 10px;
  visibility: hidden;
  }

  I added css to make visibility: visible;
