gallery image order not sorting

I’m adding images to an existing gallery. I’ve made the changes of the sort order and saved the changes. Images are all the same size, etc. But when I look at my website the new images fall last, but show on the admin side in the correct order. What to do?

I just taken over managing someone else’s website for them. The past person is no longer available. The website is: deborahrichardsondesigns.com
I have no problem uploading images to other galleries except one, where new images added stay at the bottom of the order even after I have resorted order and saved settings in all places. I am the admin now for managing, but the gallery for earrings is not going in order.
I’ve checked the sizes, names of all, but am confused as to why this one gallery is given me a hard time with the sort order.

Ok here is the catch the link you gave me is a WordPress.org site ,
and here you would find support for WordPress.com only, you would have to get information from herehttps://wordpress.org/support/
You might have to register a new account on the ORG support , if you dont have one. Probably its a plugin which has to be configured correctly , your best way is to look into the link above.
