Gallery image Padding UI is missing in WP 6.6.1

  I am starting a new thread on this topic that i started over on the .org site.

  I have discovered there is no UI for the Gallery Image padding when working on a Page with imported Gallery of images – the goal being, adjusting the space between images. I have upgraded to WP 6.6.1. There is no visible User Interface on the right under the “styles” tab. it should be there and it is not. Some suggest deactivating WP Optimize plugin which I have. No go.

  Some suggest injecting code into the Customize section of the Theme settings. i have tried this and it places the padding on every gallery within the site. Not what i need. I only need to adjust the padding on this one page. See page:

  If there is a work around, what might the code be and where would this be placed? Thanks for any help!
