Gallery – links to pics

  I just discovered the gallery and I think it’s a wonderful feature. I wanted to use it as a picture index to my best recipes. But alas, the pictures don’t link up automatically with their post. I included the appropriate link in the description box for each picture, but people will have to copy and paste to read the recipe – I wonder whether THAT will happen? Is it possible to tweak the program so that the picture links to the post when it’s clicked?

  While the Gallery feature doesn’t do this today, I’ve added this thread to my Feature Request post that tt linked to above.

  Meantime, you can try this http://agallerydemo.wordpress.com/2012/07/28/gallery-as-an-index-page/ or even better to perhaps use one of the grid-based themes like Hatch or Visual.
