Gallery Page Hierarchy
-
I have created a Gallery ‘top level’ page that I want as an introduction to my specific image galleries. This is a simple basic page.
Below that I have tried to create ‘children’ of the Gallery page to show specific galleries of my work, for example, France, Scotland etc.
I have made sure the specific child galleries have the top level Gallery page as the parent. WordPress creates the child pages fine. However I can not see any link in the top level Gallery page. If I view Gallery there is no link to the child galleries.
I have created a sub-directory for my main Equipment page with a child that shows fine. When I click on the Equipment heading it displays the child of that page.
What is the problem?
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi Mark,
I only see one page, Heart of England (France is still in draft). You’re using a custom menu, so you have to add each child page to your custom menu:
https://markhughesphotography.wordpress.com/wp-admin/nav-menus.phpI added Heart of England for you – you can add others in the same way once you’ve published them.
You might also be interested in organizing your posts into Category Pages in your custom menu. We have a full guide for this here: Category Pages
Let me know if you have further questions!
