Gallery problem

When I click on the image instead of opening the gallery from the page above, it freezes, and neither the ESC button or anything works. All the other galleries work. I tried erasing the gallery and inserting it again, but still doesn’t work. Any ideas?

Yesterday I scrolled through that Gallery’s Photo Carousel without any problem. Today, clicking on any thumbnail the Carousel choked without loading. I’m using Chrome20 and a middling-fast connection.
After I logged out of WordPress.com, I cleared my browser’s cache and cookies, and everything is back to normal.

There are a number of photos in that Gallery that look like you’ve uploaded them directly from the camera and are very heavy weight wise for display on the Internet. This photo, for example, weighs in at 2.63MB with dimensions of 3008x2000pixels and for those with slower connections it will be a long wait for it to load.
Resizing your photos before uploading also has the added benefit of using your free 3GB of storage space more efficiently.
