Gallery query – no 'Type' function

    WordPress seems to have been updated. I can’t use the tiled mosaic setting in galleries as I used to. There is no ‘type’ showing within gallery allowing me to scroll down and select. ‘Link to’, ‘columns’ and ‘random order’ are there but ‘type’ is not. Has this been removed? I am used to setting up my galleries in this way so would like some guidance on how to revert back to this instead of formatting in the simple insert media fashion.

    Hi there. I’m guessing you’re using the New Post editor. If you edit/create posts from the dashboard editor the regular gallery functions are still there.

    Go to Posts ->Add New or Posts ->All Posts ->Edit on the dashboard. If you insert or click on an existing gallery there you should have that option.
