  Ok, so here’s what I want with my blog:

  I want to have one post per month with a small blog post about how the month went with a thumbnail image that links to the rest of the post which will contain the gallery images. I want the gallery to be hidden, which i did with the “more” tag, which i guess i can link to a thumbnail in the post rather than a text on the bottom.

  Here’s where things get sticky. I want the gallery images to resize when I upload them to a max of like 600 on one side for the full image. When i upload now they upload full size and take up too much room. Right now if i click on the thumbnail it opens the HUGE fullsize image in the same window. I want it to utilize lightbox and open up the image no bigger than 600px. I have inserted the lightbox code everywhere and have the plugin activated and it doesnt seem to want to work.

  My plan is to do a gallery for each month and just add to the gallery as the month progresses. Heres where I am so far…to give you an idea of what i am looking for and the problems i am having with the opening of the images and the hugeness of them.
