Gallery stuck on Mosaic Tiling

  This may be a duplicate as I already posted this question once but now can’t find it.

  I’ve tried to change the order of the gallery pics without success, that is in the actual posts that are linked to from the widgets. I’ve also tried deleting the widgets and putting them back again and clearing the browser cache, but nothing works.

  I’d be grateful for advice as to why the order of the pictures cannot be changed. Do I have to delete the original posts in order to do this?

  I’m not clear on what you’re trying to do here. Are you trying to reorder the images in the gallery in your sidebar? You may need to recreate the galleries if that’s the case.

  Thank you for the reply.

  Yes, I’d like to delete one or two of the pics in each one but they are there no matter what.

  How that can be I can’t work out?

  You have to create the galleries in a draft post again and exclude the images you do not wish to appear from the gallery when you do that. Then you get the new shortcode for the new gallery and proceed as before.
