Gallery Theme – Change Spinner Color

  I want to change the spinner from default green to #99cccc. I do not want to just choose a color in the customizer… which gives me a black spinner. I would (a) like it in blue (b) understand what I need to do… thanks

  Hi there, can you explain what you mean by Spinner? I see you have #99cccc as the background color to your header image. Is that what you were talking about?

  I changed themes… Gallery is nice but too much work to get what I want
