Gallery Theme help please

We have the business plan. I spend days looking for a theme that looked like it would suit our needs. We went with The Gallery Theme and i have a few issues:
1. the actual template is not set up the same as what is on the demo. That is irritating. I have managed to remove side bars and such and some other basics things, but despite my efforts with CSS I can’t change the content widths so that I may utilize the entire page for content…mainly images.
2. I have set the current page as the static or home page and I would like to know if there is something else I have to do to make all of the pages the same layout or will it naturally do that?
3. And finally this theme is supposed to be responsive to mobile devices. When I go to it on my phone or tablet….it’s not responsive.
Any help would be MUCH appreciated as we would like to hurry and get this live for our business. Thank you!
