Gallery troubleshooting

  I am trying to create a gallery widget in my sidebar. I click on choose images and nothing comes up. I had one earlier but deleted it and now would like to add it again, but nothing comes up for me to choose the images. Help!

  When you click on Choose Images, the screen doesn’t change at all? You don’t see any new window or dialog box? If that’s so, I’d try deleting the widget you are working on, logging out, and logging back in to create a fresh new widget.

  The screen does not change at all. I’ve tried deleting the widget, logging out, restarting my laptop, and tried doing it on a different laptop. None of that have worked.

  Don’t use the Customizer; add the widget in Dashboard>Appearance>Widgets>Add Gallery Widget>Add images, select style of Gallery. Save.

  Hopefully these tips will help you.

  justjennifer is a quiz when it comes to gallery, gallery widgets and image related questions and she is also a thread tagger. I recommend searching using tag search and focusing on threads wherein you find her answers.
