Gallery Update

I can’t add a picture to an existing gallery in ChaosTheory. The Gallery modification tool does not show up when I click on the gallery. A bug ? Or how do I do it now ? Many thanks and have a nice day, Gilles

Do you see this pop-up when you click on the Gallery in the Visual Editor? (screenshot)
If not, you may also want to work your way through the browser troubleshooting Support doc here: https://en.support.wordpress.com/browser-issues/
There may be a larger issue at hand, but let’s try these first.

Also, where are you trying to edit the Gallery, in the WP Classic Admin Dashboard or in the New Blue Dashboard?

Many thanks, Just Jennifer. The two dashboards show the same problem. No I do not see the pop-up anymore … while I have been doing that for years ! I checked the support link you gave me and tried the same update with a Windows/Chrome machine while I normally use a Linux/Firefox machine. And it worked as before ! Therefore, it is Firefox. I’ll try to clean the cache, the cookies and de-tick the forbid pop-up button … and see. Many thanks again and a nice day to you, Gilles

It works now : What I did : Clean the cache, clean the cookies, relog. The forbid pop-up box was not ticked. Many thanks Just Jennifer and a double good day to you, Gilles
