Gallery viewing options disappeared
-
A month ago when I loaded multiple images into a gallery there was an option on how to display them. I always chose the ‘image’ option which would display the images in a single row rather than a block or matrix. Now the option on how to display the gallery is gone. To display images in a single column I have to add them one at a time as individual images. It’s annoying that this change was made seemingly wihout warning, and that it removes flexibility in how to display my images. Is there a way to get back to my original way of displaying images?

Hi there, I’m not sure what you mean by displaying all images in a single row; can you share a link to a post that has the desired effect vs one that doesn’t? It would seem depending on the number of images, they could get squeezed in pretty tight.
Also, are you using the gallery block? If so, you should have a gallery setting that will let you determine how many columns you use. You can use up to 8 columns, so if you want a single row of 8 images, you can set that.
After that it would start a new row.
Or, if you mean you would like one image per row, the Gallery block has a one-column setting as well:

Again, if you need more help, just send link to sample posts, and we’ll have a look. Thanks!
