  Hello,
  I’m trying to connect my WordPress account to my GameSkinny account, but the GameSkinny site says it is unable to find my WordPress account.

  WP.com: Yes
  Jetpack: No
  Correct account: Yes

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to moderators and staff)

  I go to the GameSkinny log in page, and select ‘log in with WordPress’. After this, I’m redirected to a page on JetPack, with the option to ‘log in as qwester8’ and a message saying ‘By logging in you agree to share details between WordPress.com and GameSkinny’. After I click the green log in button, I’m sent back to the GameSkinny log in page, and there’s a message saying ‘We couldn’t find your account. If you already have an account, make sure you have connected to WordPress.com’. Let me know if you need and clarifications or further details. Thank you for your help.

  We’d definitely recommend checking with the GameSkinny team directly as they manage who has access to the site and can help you log in correctly, whether that involves connecting your WordPress.com account or not.

  The Jetpack Secure Sign-On feature is an optional one, but the GameSkinny team may wish to manually check what WordPress.com accounts are connected, so it’s worth making sure with them if you should be set up to connect your WordPress.com account.
