Gandi hosting my wordpress site

Gandi is hosting my wordpress site, I’m finding it tricky getting the site live on the www.
I’ve built it in wordpress, Gandi’s site says it takes a few minutes to ‘ get it up ‘. I’m missing something that maybe very simple. Any ideas please? -

Thanks so much for you reply, I dont think I understand what you’re saying. However, I am wordpress.com do I need to switch to wordpress.org to get to where i need to be?

This is the support forum for free sites hosted at WordPress,com. As you said at the beginning of this thread your site is hosted at Gandi so it is on their servers rather than here. If Gandi don’t offer support and if your site is using the WordPress.org software then you need to register an account at the correct support forum following the link provided previously by @staartmees
