Garland 3-Column Theme Display Issue
-
Friends,
In the 3 column Garland theme, my right hand column has mysteriously dropped to the bottom of the page, underneath the left hand one.
I did a search on existing forum topics, and member ffextensionguru had a similar problem in IE but found it was because of his images was oversized, and corrected the issue by downsizing it. See: https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=8402&replies=2#post-57312
My problem occurs in Firefox and across browsers, however, and I have no images in my right hand column, only text.
If anyone might be able to offer some advice it would be greatly appreciated.

A related issue (possibly a clue?) may be in the fact that between a couple of posts, there is no space. eg on the front page, between the first and second posts.
On the second page (that is, of the main blog when you click on older posts at the foot of the page), same problem, there’s no space between two posts and the right hand column sinks to the bottom. http://peoplesgeography.com/page/2/
Its fine on the third page:

Figured it out, there was some code in the posts that prevented both gappage between posts as well as the sidebar from appearing. The offending code was something like < story id div >
Pays to check the html, particularly when copying and pasting a quote!
