Garland Theme remove sidebar

  Is there any way to either ; remove the lft sidebar or have nothing displayed in it (and have the main column expand to use that space)?

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  It would require the CSS upgrade and some CSS editing experience.
