Garland theme title formatting bug

  Garland theme has a tiny glitch creating page titles for single post view pages. The glitch is that it doesn’t separate the blog title and post title. As an example, my blog “Losing My Job” and the post “Second Thoughts” using Garland theme, the page title will be “Losing My Job Second Thoughts «” instead of the correct “Losing My Job « Second Thought”. I’m sure this could easily be fixed in the template.
